Two Months

I can't believe it's been two months already - and how big he's getting.

Look at those big cheeks! They're so dang cute, especially when he smiles really big. I just love my little boy!

Check out those big legs! He's actually not extremely chubby (as in roll after roll after roll). He's about as long as he is tall, percentage wise.

I took Cooper to the doctor on August 14 because he's had a terrible cough that sounded congested plus a runny nose sometimes and sneezing. Loni, my sister that had been living with us, found out she had bronchitis so I figured I'd better take him to the doctor to make sure he didn't have anything major. They quickly weighed him and he was at 15 lbs 7 oz (with a onesie and diaper still on). Luckily he was ok and the next day he started sounding lots better. He had been gagging before from coughing so hard. They used a machine to vacuum out the mucus in his nose. He had a TON. He hated it, poor kid. He cried more for that than his shots. I took him on August 21 for his regular two month check up. Here's his stats:

Weight: 15 lbs 12 oz 98%
Height: 25 1/4 inches 97%
Head: 16 3/4 inches 94%

Cooper started smiling and talking a lot this month (especially to mom - I love it!!). He's been such a fun baby. He does like to scream sometimes but that comes with the territory. His smiling sure makes up for it. We love you Cooper!!!
